Due to the inadequacies of our dominant financial system with the adjustment to the requirements of the globalization, it requires additional, efficient regional currencies, which facilitate the economic exchange between that citizens again, which no more enough income has, and/or already on national transfer services to live to have.
The adjustment processes are otherwise no longer for a long time eligible for financing for the old welfare states, since system-dependently ever more humans of this marketing area no more cannot work in the conventional sense "productively" (compared with those, which manufacture the consumer products etc. in "cheap wage countries"). The consequence is that these will take ever more largely becoming subpopulations up the existing social system.
Therefore it is efficient and up-to-date, if cities and municipalities avail themselves, of a citizen bank, in order to bring the postponed investments and the under-busy and/or unemployed person citizen with one another in the business.
By the example of the city Berlin in the following concept one describes:
In Berlin live at present approx.. 3,5 millions humans. 7% of a group form according to experience the „critical mass“ here thus this 245,000 humans correspond. If one reached this partial grouping, the largest part of the entire group advances automatically. Reaching the "critical mass" is a condition for functioning this system.
The task exists to convince now thus therein 245,000 humans in Berlin from described below strategy to:
In the tradition of the founders of the people and Raiffeisen banks, Friedrich William Raiffeisen and Hermann Schultze Delitsch a citizen bank for the today's requirements is created.
